Hi Gareth,

I don’t know if you remember me but I bought the black Cobra Rib (7.6m) that you found for me on the Isle of Wight at the end of last year and I just wanted to say how happy I am with it.  I am using it as much as the weather allows this summer and keep meaning to get in touch to let you know how pleased I am and to thank you for finding it for me.  Hopefully I will see you at the Boat Show this year and will buy you a drink!

I hope you and your family are all keeping well and I may be looking for a second hand trailer so I can store the boat out of the water later on so I may be in touch with you.

Not only did you manage to supply the trailer within a very short time framework, but your help in swapping trailers on the slipway was very much appreciated. Our group of 5 very mixed experienced sailors undertook the RYA level 2 with JB Marine earlier this year, we all learnt a huge amount in both and enjoyable and instructive environment. We were all very impressed by the instruction but the best thing was the practical experience out on the water. This gave us the confident on the water to now take our knowledge out onto the open sea. While we all took the course seriously we also had great fun.

Both the people and boats were top class.

Jeremy – just wanted to say a huge thankyou to you and your team during the selection, purchase and personalising of our Cobra RIB.
Our quest to find a new boat concluded when we came to your Demo Day in March. The weather was not great (actually it was cold and very wet!!!) but with waterproofs on we ventured out to test the RIB we had travelled to see. Back on dry land we sat down to discuss things. Without any pushy ‘sales patter’ from yourself I definitely felt that we bought the boat rather than you sold it!! When we requested some additional work doing (accessorising, new cushions etc) you were able to complete almost all within the timescale promised (the date for supply of the new cushions was completely out of your hands) and when we needed your help with some minor teething problems your actual aftersales support proved to me that we had made the right choice in buying from you – to make things easier for us you picked up the boat from Hythe Marina and took her back to Portchester to sort these whilst I was working abroad. When I got back, she was back in her home berth with the work completed as promised.
The boat (Arriba) has already given us hours of fun on the water with many many more to come!! Jill is now a trainee F1 RIB pilot displaying boat handling skills we never realised she had!!!
We are both very glad that we came to JBT for help in sourcing and purchasing the boat we wanted – you even had a selection of boats from the manufacturer we were after to choose from.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to anyone looking for help in finding the right RIB for them and needless to say, we will be back to you in the future when we want to buy our next one!
