This mighty Brig Eagle 8 has landed here at RIBS For Sale, and what a platform she is! She’s roomy and packed with practical features for those long summer days on the water. The standard deck layout comprises, bow roller, forward storage locker, windlass controls, console seat with storage underneath, console with integrated loo and port light windows, helm station with shelf, clip shut storage bin, drinks holders, generous wrap around windscreen, 2 x bolster seats with fold down bases and arm rests, on the reverse side there is further seating for rear facing passengers, opposite that there is a generous bench seat integrated to the splash well moulding, behind the bench is the comm’s tower with ariels / lights and ski hook, the remainder of the stern area is clad with the foam decking to provide a sure footed entry when returning from the water via the fold down stainless steel ladder which tucks neatly into the transom when not in use, the shower is also conveniently situated in the same area.

There’s only one way to propel a vessel of this size, and that’s with 350hp of duo prop propelled V6 Suzuki outboard. Whether it’s cruising to a bay or racing home against the tide, it feels effortless. The thrill of opening her up from a standing start enables the duo prop to demonstrate it’s ability to handle the torque and maintain a true course. The engine is complimented at the helm with a Suzuki data screen displaying engine functionality and warnings in the unlikely event of anything going wrong, there is also a large screen Hummingbird chart plotter / sounder, tunes are also available via the stereo head unit.
