2022 Fugu 29 Speedster Mercruiser 6.2 V8 Petrol inboard

RIBs and Powerboats are delighted to introduce this truly awesome Fugu 29 RIB fitted with a 6.2 Mercruiser V8 inboard engine.  Fugu’s unique Petestep, stepped hull offers exception performance and fuel economy.

Designed and built in Sweden by a team with extensive experience in the RIB world, the Fugu 29 is beautifully made and offers a different approach to the RIB concept.  Combining new technologies and using the very best materials, it really needs to be seen to be appreciated!!

The layout comprises of an open fore deck, a forward seating pad, four Ulman shock homologating Jockey seats, a triple rear bench, and a good size rear sun-pad.  A spacious cabin is housed in front of the helm position and offers a double berth and also plenty of storage for long days out.

The specification includes a Simrad plotter which is also a multi-function display show maps, depth sounder, and engine information.  The engine is controlled by a drive-by-wire binnacle, and the steering is power assisted.  You can inflate the tubes with a clever built-in pump and special diverter valves.  The Ulman suspension seats allow you to get the most out of the incredible hull and the aft swim platform has a stainless-steel cassette ladder.  Unlike many RIBs, the tubes can be removed easily through a rail system which makes the easier to repair or even replace should the worst happen.

This Fugu RIB can easily cruise at 40 knots and push through into the fifties.  She has exceptional range, with 300 miles being theoretically achievable.
