2008 Cougar RIB R10 Mercury Verado 300 L6 Outboards

RIBs & Powerboats are excited to introduce this Cougar R10 Sport RIB fitted with twin Mercury Verado 300 Supercharged L6 Outboard engines.  This epic RIB comes from a racing pedigree and really turns heads when she is out on the water.  Having had a huge update on her navigation systems AND a brand-new set of tubes in 2024, this example has been lovingly owned and wants for nothing!!

Cougars are recognised for their seakeeping and jaw dropping performance.  The clever stepped hull provides a ride like no other RIB.  It keeps the boat stable even when running higher speeds for longer periods of time.

The layout of this Cougar C10 Rib comprises of a large forward “V” berth which converts into a sun pad, Dual electric folding helms seats, and a four-person rear bench seat.  There are storage lockers in the bow and under the rear bench and in the console, there is even a sea toilet and more storage.  The high freeboard really does make this boat feel like safe, especially when younger people are aboard.

The specification is huge and includes a Garmin 12” GPS Map plotter with depth sounder, a Garmin Radome, a Garmin VHF / DSC unit, a Fusion music system with speakers, Digital / Analogue Mercury engine gauges, Mercury fly-by-wire dual top-mount binnacle, Mercury power steering system, and an electric windlass.  The boat holds beautifully at low speeds with the aid of a bow tank.

The hull has been protected with antifoul so she can stay in the water when required.  The previous owner kept the boat ashore in a drystack to ensure she stays beautiful.
