2008 Cougar RIB R8 Sport Mercury Verado L6 300 Outboard

RIBs and Powerboats are excited to introduce this awesome Cougar R8 Sport RIB fitted with a Mercury Verado 300 L6 Supercharged Outboard engine.   The R8’s twin stepped, deep “V” hull provides comfort and the exceptional performance comes from the big Verado power.

The layout of this Cougar comprises of an open bow area, a double front console seat, four sculpted jockey seats and a three-person rear bench.  There is storage available beneath the seating so, plenty for long days out enjoying the water.  The interior feels safe due to the high sides that Cougars have, which do make them a great option for a family RIB.

The electronics aboard include a Garmin 5000 series plotter with a sounder, an iCom VHF / DSC unit, Mercury digital / analogue engine gauges, and Mercury drive-by-wire binnacle.

This Cougar has also had some custom fitments, including a large bow samson post and a taller windscreen for added protection. 

The current owner of this Cougar has ensured that is has been kept in top order and it has extensive a paperwork including the original brochure.

This Cougar has a twin-axle roller trailer if required and also has a cover and some water sports equipment.
