1989 Sunseeker Martinique 36 Volvo Penta AQAD41

RIBs and Powerboats are happy to introduce this Sunseeker Martinique 36 fitted with twin Volvo AQAD41, 200hp Turbo diesel engines.   This tidy example has extensive history and is presented in tidy and original order.

Her engines were replaced with a pair of fully overhauled units around four years ago and they have recently had a basic service.  The power is delivered through stern drives, and her maneuverability is enhanced with the addition of a bow-thruster.  She can cruise comfortably in the early 20’s and max out around 30 knots, in willing conditions.

The layout comprises of a large aft cockpit with the Martinique’s recognisable octagonal seat layout where a table can be put up.  Move towards the internal space, you have a wet bar / seat space which runs down the port side and opposite is the helmsman’s bench where all the controls are accessed.  Moving inside you will find a “L” shaped dinette with leather seating, a well-equipped galley and doors accessing a forward fixed double cabin, a twin single cabin, and the heads / shower room.  Both the cabins have good storage and wardrobe spaces.

The electronics onboard include a Raymarine Axiom plotter, Raymarine radar, and a Raymarine VHF / DSC unit.  Other equipment includes a Stowe depth gauge, a Stowe speed reader and dual analogue / digital Volvo engine gauges.
